Villa's in Rockford

'The condo was comfortable and close to the activities we were planning. the pool was very nice. We enjoyed the waterfront view from the balcony and the area was very quiet.'

'We came to visit my husbands family with my in-laws and my 16 month old. Neighborhood is cute and quiet, all new builds. Behind the Meijers. House layout was great, open kitchen with an island to separate that from the living room/ family space so we could visit and eat. Rooms were good sized and adorably furnished. We had 4 adults and 1 baby. An aunt, uncle and cousin dropped by with dinner one night the space was perfect. House was very clean and well kept. Broom was handy to sweep up...

'Marlene's villa was a dream. Too bad the weather wasn't cooperative as we would have loved to enjoy the beautiful gardens around the property more. Marlene was very attentive, communicative and accommodating. The hot tub was perfect. I can't wait to go back.'

'Loved the layout, very clean, great bedding, once we got rolling manager easy to work with. The place is brand new so a few fixes needed and my one caution is the driveways are small and shared and the garage was too small for our truck. Other than that, great place and I’d both recommend and come back myself.'

'My family and I had a great time at Lake Geneva! The property had everything we needed for a wonderful Christmas getaway. Abbey Springs is a great community and the kids had fun at the pool and recreation center. The fitness center was well maintained and the staff were attentive to our needs. Thanks for making our time together special!'

'This is in the Holiday Inn Vacation Club properties at Grand Geneva, though the owner is not directly part of the Holiday Inn. The property is nice. Only negative was the tub was not jetted as advertised. We were there for a getaway and it served our purposes nicely. I would imagine it is great in the summer. It was cheaper than through the resort and no resort fees. We would recommend it.'

'Our Jr Wrestling club had 6 kids qualify for the State Tournament and this was a great house for the wrestlers, coaches and families to stay together for the weekend. This is a beautiful home. Plenty of space to spread out. Kitchen was great for cooking for a large group. The amenities were amazing and hade something for all ages.'
