Malgré le malentendu sur le nombre de personnes, Francesca a été très compréhensive et à trouver des solutions pour préparer les chambres qui n'avaient pas été faites. Le jardin est incroyable, bien entretenu et avec pleins de variétés de plantes et d'arbres. La piscine à une bonne taille et les équipements sont en suffisance. 'We had a very good time at Giorgio's place with our 3 kids between 8 and 13 years oud. A nice house with a perfect view and a good swimmingpool for hot days. Very quiet surrounding and a lot to see and to do. Not only visiting Rome is an option, but also beautiful villages and marvelous nature like Monte Tancia. The contact with Giorgio before and during our stay was very good and he was always available to help. We hope to visit this place again.'

'Overall the Villa was perfect for us. We were a group of seven adults. There was plenty of space so we could all be together or have our own space when we wanted. Our goal was to have a home base and visit small towns in central Italy. The Villa was perfect for that. We rented 2 cars, and drove to a many different towns. 'Really nice house with marvellous view and good equipment in and outside. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Were however after checking out unpleasantly charged with extra costs without any alignment. This was in contrast to the warm welcome we received.'

'Mario and Guilia were very friendly and helpful. The house is pleasant. It's a good place to chill and get away from the busyness. The pool is fantastic (they also have floating stuff there to use) and the balcony a great place to have food (do bring anti muskito stuff). Kitchen well equiped. Beds are alright, but not great. 'Really fantastic pool, view and house. The house is located in the countrysside, not much to do/many restaurants around. However great place to relax and enjoy the sun. Aircondition works well. House is well equipped. The Ground floor bedrooms are a bit damp. And be aware that cats (cute) are use to be inside the house if you have allergy. We give it 5 solid stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️'

'Deze villa is zonder twijfel het fijnste verblijf dat wij hebben gehad. Het is een fantastisch huis en alles wat je nodig hebt is in zeer ruime mate aanwezig. De tuin met het zwembad en de overdekte zitjes is echt fijn. De ligging van het huis is gunstig. Het ligt in een rustige buurt. Het enige wat je soms hoort is het blaffen van honden in de buurt maar dit is niet storend.
