The property managers Sophie and John did a great job at arranging transportation to and from airport. Sophie was amazing the following day when my bank card was compromised. They were very timely in responding to help that was needed when our condo flooded in the middle of the night due to the kitchen sink falling in and breaking off the water line. The grounds keeper was very good and when we had our kitchen flood he was quick to respond and I assume saved the property owners from getting more water damage due to his quick response in turning off the main water. We did give him a nice tip upon leaving. Hopefully the property owners do the same. Our dissapointment was in the condition of the condo. It needs alot of attention. The air conditioner in the living room did not work. It blew out air but not cool air. Air conditioners in bedrooms were good. The patio furniture was horribly dirty with black mold on it. Its really too bad as we picked that accommodation with the vision of sitting on the deck having coffee in the morning. We did not use it at all. The rug on the patio was also grossly dirty. The padding in some of the seats of the kitchen table chairs is destroyed and very uncomfortable. We had fears that the ceiling fan in the secondary bedroom would fall off the ceiling. You can see water damage and the ceiling is peeling. The dishwasher does not clean and the bathroom rugs should be thrown in the trash. Listed as 3 bathrooms only 2.
