'The pool and hot tub were both closed our entire stay with no notice before we arrived. Also the entire Hotel's streaming capabilities were not working during our entire stay. Really disappointing'

'We use this property to make sure our field employees have a place to stay when they’re working in Vail. They like it and it’s comfortable. And the breakfast seems to be pretty good. Unfortunately the front desk lost one of the names on the reservation, we had a little bit of a kerfuffle trying to get one team checked in.'

Area in general made for a quiet nook in a resort location. Accomidations were generous in space and comfortable for lounging/sleeping/in-room dining. '
