Maybe some things due to the fact it is a brand new hotel... The airconditioning was to be operated with a hightech controlpanel and we did not got the AC right, and the curtains were difficult to open and close. '

'This was our second time staying at the Omni King Edward. Overall it’s a pleasant stay, the staff is very welcoming and friendly. When we arrived in the room the AC was broken, it was on constantly, pretty loud and it didn’t cool all that much. Based on the state of the room, it was clear someone had been trying to fix it but didn’t fix it in time. We didn’t complain because it didn’t bother us, but we made note of it with the staff at checkout. When we returned later in the week for one more...

'Almost everything is really good. Above all the fitness area is outstanding for hotel standards. But the showers / water pressure is horrible. At one point the shower was barely dripping. Brought it up to the staff and they were willing to help, but the problem was not fixed (not the fault of the staff)'

'We stayed in The Anndore House for the 8th time. And again we felt very welcome and at home! We were upgraded to a corner room. We really liked having extra seating space and a coffee machine. We will book at The Anndore House again in the spring!'

'The room was amazing. More supplies and ammenities than we ever would have expected. Communication with the team members was very good. They made sure that we were all set up and then made themselves available if we needed anything (which we did not, but it was comforting to know that they were available). The neighborhood had some people who were 'down on their luck', but the building had security and the entry door was very close access for the taxi, so we always felt secure.'
