'Exceptionally clean, comfortable, well furnished with all necessities and plenty of “extras”. Checkin/check out process was very easy. Location convenient to multiple areas/attractions yet rural enough to avoid crowds and enjoy quiet, country evenings. Very spacious (we had 2 adults/2 kids). Ladder to upstairs loft would be difficult to access for younger children/elderly/those with any physical deficits. Fire pit outside with natural rock seating is an added bonus. Highly recommend this...

'Overall stay at this location was fantastic! Property was very clean upon arrival. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked with everything we could possibly need for our stay. Bed was very comfortable! Very cozy and inviting home. Location was great, as it was an easy walk to some great restaurants and an easy drive to downtown activities, as well as to Lookout Mountain and other tourist destinations. I would highly recommend staying at this location!!'

We didn't have any reason we needed to reach out to the hosts, but they were proactive in providing all the instructions and details we needed.'

'As locals it was a nice little get away from the normal humdrum. It was beautiful and a fun place and the “hot tub” is literally just that a tub for two with jets in it. It served the purpose. Only complaint I at all is that the A/C should be turned on before a guest enters the property if at all possible. Also the positioning of the AC unit above the bed wasn’t the greatest, I had to rig up something with a magazine and the wooden coasters to make it where the AC blew down on us at night. ...
