Very Disappointing Stay — Would Not Recommend
I am very disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, things went wrong. At check-in, the staff informed me that the WiFi was not working, which was already inconvenient since the hotel description said it had WIFI, and we are talking about a location where internet can easily be had.
The next morning I had to leave early, and when I went to shower, I realized there were no towels at all in the room. I had to go downstairs to reception to request them. I started showering with hot water, but after only about two minutes, the hot water shut off completely, leaving me covered in soap. I tried everything—turning the shower off and on and even switching to cold water (which did work). Unfortunately, my wife had to shower with cold water, which is extremely uncomfortable given how cold the weather in Rionegro is.
The overall cleanliness of the room was also unacceptable. The walls—especially in the bathroom—were dirty, and there was visible mold in the bathroom, which raises serious health concerns.
Lastly, the noise from airplanes flying overhead is very noticeable and made it difficult to rest.
Overall, this was a very bad experience, and I cannot recommend this hotel. I hope management takes these issues seriously for future guests.
