1) The property is on three levels with some steep stairs and not suitable for the aged and toddlers. Bedrooms 5, 6 and 7 are in the roof space are accessible via steep steps and has restricted height spaces.
2) The property are set in a peaceful Forest retreat on the edge of Ringwood Forest. We appreciate guests who appreciate nature, relaxation and a peaceful atmosphere. Our properties are not suitable for loud music and noisy gatherings, that may disturb other guests and neighbors.
3) The property has a hot tub and if you book we ask you to pay particular attention to our house policy and safety instructions.
