« We had a great 1 night stay at this unique property! It had everything we needed and was quite cozy, yet very spacious for our little family of 4. It was a perfect stopping point for our road trip as it’s right off the highway and very close to many restaurants and stores. « Overall stay at this location was fantastic! Property was very clean upon arrival. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked with everything we could possibly need for our stay. Bed was very comfortable! Very cozy and inviting home. Location was great, as it was an easy walk to some great restaurants and an easy drive to downtown activities, as well as to Lookout Mountain and other tourist destinations. I would highly recommend staying at this location!! »

« Check in time is 4 pm. When we arrived at 4:05pm, the cleaning lady was still there. Well, they missed the mark on cleaning. The refrigerator was filthy inside. The first thing we did was clean the refrigerator. There were spider webs in the downstairs bedroom that had to be removed. When we went to cook breakfast the first morning, several of the dishes we pulled from the cabinets has to be washed. « Location was wonderful. The cleanliness was not what I was expecting. There is also mold in the camper bathroom. The hot tub needs an upgrade. The temperature just kept dropping over the days. A lot of wasps nest outside and in the outdoor bathroom. We went to use the grill and there was still food on it from the previous guests. The camper needs a really good deep clean. I would book again if a few things were addressed. »
