Villa Il Palagio offers its guests three types of flats to choose from: Two-roomed, Three-roomed and Three-roomed Deluxe, all types are equipped with full kitchen (electric cooker, dishwasher and oven), air conditioning (which in case of opening the windows will turn off automatically thanks to its sensors to avoid hope of electricity), high-speed Wi-Fi and LCD televisions with Pay TV (Sky), and in all will be possible, with an extra charge, add an extra bed.

All the flats are furnished in the same contemporary style that makes them avant-garde from an aesthetic point of view.

Villa Il Palagio is located halfway between Arezzo and Florence, two of the most beautiful and important cities in Tuscany, in a few kilometres by car you can be in the historical centre of each of them.
About an hour\'s drive away you will find the Chianti region, with its world-famous landscapes that will leave you open-mouthed, where you can visit the many beautiful villages that are part of it and let yourself be transported inside the Chianti cellars to taste the best wines of the area.
An hour and a half away from the Villa we find the splendid city of Siena, a city to be discovered, with a beautiful historical centre.
For those wishing to take a trip to the coast of Tuscany, only 2 hours from the villa we can reach both the famous Versilia and the city of Pisa, which in addition to the sea, offers many places to visit.
Not forgetting that only 3 kilometres away from the Villa, there is the famous shopping centre \"The Mall\", known all over the world for the big brands present inside. Please note that the pool is open from the 21st of May 2025 to the 23rd of September 2025
