'I had my 3 sons stay over n my 4 th day tripped from nearby. The pool was a big hit especially with 5 grandkids 8 n under. Went to the town park n went fishing with my grandson. Visited BigPink n the lighthouse. Great time. Sami was very responsive to any questions I had. '

'Place is exactly how it looks! Great location between New Paltz, Kingston, Woodstock. We unfortunately had inconsiderate neighbors that forced us leave early, but Frank was incredibly gracious and made it up to us. Would stay again. '

'The process was easy. Owner was responsive. The place was clean and well stocked. Charming decor and relaxing outdoor spaces. Perfect for a weekend retreat. We enjoyed time on the deck which we like to say had “treehouse vibes” and in the spa. Loved walking up the road with the dog to see the views of the reservoir. '

'Had a wonderful time staying in this lovely home. Four bright bedrooms and three contemporary bathrooms. Comfortable and secluded nestled in the woods among natural habitats which you can enjoy from the large deck! Lots to do in the area including plentiful restaurants! Highly recommend and definitely would return again!'

'Needed a quiet place to get away and focus on developing some business processes and this was an excellent choice. Only regret is that I never made it into the sauna. '

'You cannot find a better location! So close to the most amazing hiking in Mohonk Preserve and Minnewaska State Park, and also the quaint town of New Paltz. The house itself is clean, comfortable and very private. Great deck. It has everything you need for a great stay. Would definitely rent it again. The host also was super accessible when I had a question about the AC.'

'Wooded property with covered deck, pool, gas grill and fireplace. Cozy and relaxing. Indoor decor, amenities and well-stocked kitchen were a pleasure. Only negative was some traffic noise at night. Greg was a reliable and generous host. '

The pool was where we spent the majority of our time and the variety of seating areas allowed our group multiple sites to relax. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable. 'The house is cozy while having everything you need in a getaway. Views out to trees out of every window. Screened in porch was a particularly lovely feature. It was comfortably furnished as the entire house was. David was attentive to every need.Secluded but also near town. Great.'
