'We had a very nice stay at the Versante hotel, close to Vancouver airport, on the last day of our holiday in Canada and Alaska. The personnel is very friendly, always helpful and friendly, whatever the request. The hotel has clean rooms, a quality bathroom and amenities. The pool is nice too, although it’s next to the airport. I can recommend the hotel to anyone, for leisure or business.'

'The location was convenient with skytrain, the hotel room was dated and it was smelly. The sheets and towels had stains and the carpet was really really dirty. Our socks turned black. We didn’t receive sufficient towels and no complimentary water in the room. '

'To be fair, this hotel is going through renovation. My rating is to inform people that construction is ongoing while the hotel is open. Once it is completed my rating should improve. The free breakfast was sufficient with eggs, bacon, and potatoes as well as pastry items and self serve waffles. The airport shuttle was very convenient and the staff is very good. 'Prettu decent hotel near YVR'

'Ontvangst erg matig. Medewerker moesten we attenderen op het parkeren en ontbijt. Stond volgens haar niet in doet systeem, maar na het laten zien van de reservering ging het nog niet van harte allemaal. Zeer verouderde kamer. Stopcontacten en airco waren defect. In de badkamer waren de haren van een ander te vinden. '

'Het hotel zit dicht bij het vliegveld. Het hotel zit in een buurt met veel (Aziatische) eettentjes. De buurt kan wel een opknap beurt gebruiken. Het hotel ziet er goed uit, maar oogt in eerste instantie wat oubollig , vanwege de bruine kleur van de inrichting, maar ook door de omgeving). De kamers zijn echter prima , schoon en fris. 'Het is een prima hotel als je moe bent na je reis. Je hebt alleen het gevoel alsof je op de startbaan ligt van een vliegveld. De kamer is heel erg gehorig, waardoor je slecht slaapt.'
