Heads Up! The basement has a full ceiling height of 7 feet throughout, but there is one lower beam near the kitchen entryway that may be just under 6 feet. Please watch your head when walking through that area—especially our taller guests!

Entry & Exit Info: The main entrance to the basement apartment is accessed via 4–5 concrete steps with a railing for safety. There’s also a side exit from inside the unit, which leads up a wooden staircase (5–6 steps) to an orange exterior door.
