Upon entering the home you will encounter an expansive open concept with high ceilings that includes a seating area that has an 80-inch QLED 4K UHD smart flat screen TV mounted on the wall, a glass dining and natural wood breakfast table, and a spacious kitchen with an extended island and all of the standard appliances.

Downstairs you will find a large master bedroom that offers a comfortable king-size bed with its own bathroom and walk-in closet, an enclosed office with an oversized desk and office chair to complete your work, and a backdoor via the kitchen that leads to the workout space.

Half of the multi-car garage has been converted into a wonderful private gym - enjoy the free weights, dumbbells, yoga mats, and treadmill which will enable you to get a full and complete workout. Additionally, the other half of the garage has been left open for the covered parking of your vehicle.
