The Hopewell City Marina is only 10 minutes away, as well as several beautiful and peaceful parks located at City Point Historic District, if you`re wanting go for a walk or a bike ride along the beautiful and scenic Appomattox River. Only a 9 minute drive to the popular Beacon Theatre, which quite frequently has live music! The Stodola is a warm and welcoming event venue in nearby Prince George, VA, set on a peaceful historic farm.

For those who enjoy walking, a vehicle is recommended but not essential. Two dedicated parking spaces are provided on-site, with Lyft and Uber ride-sharing services readily available for added convenience. The nearest bus stop is just 0.7 miles away, roughly a 16-minute stroll.

We are not pet friendly. Unauthorized pets on the property will result in a $100 fee. Thank you in advance for both your compliance and understanding of our no-pet policy.

No smoking indoors. A $250 fee will be charged to guests after departure if evidence of smoking cigarettes or marijuana indoors is detected.

Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.
