Location, location, location. Come enjoy your home away from home in historic Richmond, Virginia. Close to downtown, UR ,VCU and many wedding venues.This lovely, renovated colonial two story home is comfortable & conveniently located. It has four spacious bedrooms( all have closets) with hardwood floors. Two bedrooms have queen sized beds, two other rooms have full size bed .There are smart TV's in 3 of the 4 bedrooms .Plenty of space in rooms that have actual beds & designed as bedrooms. ( there is a nice sleeper sofa on 1st floor if needed )There are two & 1/2 bathrooms. The dining room seats 6 comfortably and there is seating for 2 at the eat in kitchen. Upstairs there is a separate study with a desk. Having grocery stores, pharmacies and restaurants within a few miles saves time and effort. The convenience of private & off-street parking eliminates the hassle of trying to find parking "nearby " Security system & nice late model appliances will add to your peace of mind . Throughout many months of the year you will be able to enjoy the outdoor deck and brick patio in the fenced yard that is peaceful & quiet. We strive to provide a nice home in a convenient location while ensuring you have all the comforts during your stay. See all of the reviews over the many years.

I was in Richmond with my husband and friends for the Richmond marathon. We loved this place! It’s extremely clean, comfortable, and accessible. It was an easy 15-minute drive to almost anywhere you’d want to go in Richmond, including downtown. Lots of restaurants, shops, and groceries nearby. Some are within walking distance depending on your physical abilities. The private, off street parking is also a plus.There is almost every imaginable kitchen and bathroom amenity available in the house. It truly felt like home. I absolutely did not want to leave! The only thing I wasn’t 100 percent satisfied with was the comfort of mattresses in the bedrooms. But that is such a highly personal experience. They weren’t old or in bad shape. They just weren’t as soft and pillowy as I prefer. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a quiet, comfortable spot to stay that is convenient to everything nearby in Richmond.

Well maintained, clean and ideal for my 5 adult out of town extended family members who where staying in town for my son's wedding. The layout provided sufficient space, as well as enough privacy for everyone. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and the location was extremely convenient, with easy access to stores, restaurants, downtown and mid-town. Would definitely recommend it and would book it again if an occasion arises.

Older Home With Lots Of Bedrooms In Great Neighborhood

We are from Richmond, but moved away many years ago and needed a place to stay while visiting. We had the whole family and some friends of the kids and two small dogs - and we still had plenty of space in this house. The bedrooms were large and the kitchen was open floor plan and very modern. The living room had two very comfortable leather lazy-boy recliners that we made good use of. The best part was the location - right off Three Chopt Road near U of R and St. Christopher's. In a short period of time you could drive up Cary Street and be on the Interstate, able to explore all four corners of this very eclectic city in a rapid manner. There was plenty of parking, including street parking. The host was very communicative, professional, and responsive. A great home base for us as we revisited the old hometown.
