'We came looking for a camping spot for the solar eclipse. Our site was tucked away at the end of a huge field on a small peninsula with a running river nearby. The camping was amazing, the ground was nice and soft for our tents and we could build the campfire up with an endless supply of firewood. The stars were on full display as there wasnt much light pollution in this area. Taking a splash in the fast and cool river was a highlight. 'Excellent place to stay! Tucked into the woods in a clearing of trees with large lawns and a beautiful new sun deck. Very gracious and friendly owners, super friendly dogs. Cleaner than most major better hotels chains that I've stayed at. Blissfully quiet even though they welcome ATV's. I have allergies and asthma, had no issues even though it's a pet friendly property. Their private residence is attached to property so you can get a really great quiet nite's sleep. I definitely will stay...
