« No bedsheets no toiletry, no towels are provided. First time, I am heard from the host saying, 7 days notice is required to arrange all that stuff. I have been earlier through stayz and we are provided all those linen etc., Horrible experience; That 7 days notice information was known to be when the check-in information was sent to me. At the time of booking if that level of information is shared we wouldnt made the booking. »

« We had a very bad experience. The place was nice enough but the host was incredibly rude and accused us of causing damage, which we did not. He could not provide evidence of any damage when asked to so. Would not book any accommodation through stayz ever again. We are still trying to refute a fraudulent charge. The customer services through stayz is very poor. »
