'Hotel accommodations were comfortable, clean and quiet- just the way I like them. Room was a good size and amenities were great. Front staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was included and the selection, although limited, was good. Excellent choice in the area and I would recommend it to anyone.'

'Very helpful staff. Parking was easy. The room was very clean, and nicely laid out and decorated for a quick stay. Staff asked about any issues and quickly wrote down any details. I liked there was a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. I didn't like the "fake windows" and feel that I should have known in advance, but I would stay here again now that I know.'

'The room itself was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. However, the room lacked a full length mirror. This was a major inconvenience because we were attending a formal event. The outside property could use alot of curb appeal and attention. Truthfully, it was an eyesore and made us very nervous as we were driving in. Suggestions would be some planters, flowers, benches, ice machines. I believe this would draw more visitors. Overall, I would stay there again and recommend this place...

'We have been going to Shelter Harbor Inn for decades. After its most recent renovations, the Inn is absolutely beautiful. The design of the inn is lovely. The grounds are stunning. And very importantly, the staff is excellent. There was some confusion re our check in and both the young woman who checked us in (Laci V) and the young woman who checked us out (Laci M) handled the situation perfectly. Sadly, we were only there for one night most recently but we will return.'

'The room was clean and seems pretty new. First night we couldn’t sleep because of a next room having three kids. Next day we complained and the staff were helpful and changed the room. We asked them someone to move our stuff but we came back late and we found no one moved anything. We had to Pack and to carry our luggage to a lower floor! There is no lifts in the property!!! My 13 year old had to carry the heavy luggage. Next day, r found the AC was dripping water and made the carpet wet. In...
