'I have already opened a case with Expedia and have not heard back- I contacted the hotel directly Hello, I have arrived at the property and am disappointed to find that it does not match the listing photos or description. The accommodations appear significantly more worn and less clean than represented online. In addition, I did not receive the check-in instructions with the access code, and when I rang the bell for assistance, the hostess was rude and dismissive. Because there are no...

'We had an exceptional stay here! The room was huge, clean, and the amenities top notch! Staff were friendly, engaging, and they could not have been more welcoming! Our spa experiences were more than wonderful, and the spa itself is one to experience for sure! An evening at the bar for dinner was heightened by exceptional service provided by Bella! We undoubtedly look forward to returning soon!'

'The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was suitable for elderly guests such as my mother. The buffet breakfast was excellent too'

'No cleaning service for the room. No restaurant just snacks. The room has no curtain on most windows . Very humid in the room. Staff is very nice and responsive but they don’t enter the room if you ask for additional towel they will be placed outside and can stay there all day if you are out'

'Laat ik beginnen met het enige wat niet goed was, dat was het extra (derde) uitklap bank/bed. Comfort van extra het bed is slecht. Nadeel is dat er geen raam open kan in de kamer. Verder een erg mooi hotel. De kamers zijn ruim en mooi ingericht. Fijn dat er een complete keuken aanwezig is. Ook is er een mooi zwembad. Hotel ligt naast winkels en shopping mall. Dus goed voor shoppers.'

'Nice to stay in the main Hutton House but also get to enjoy the bar and open air restaurant along the river, just a short walk away.'

'Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is amazing - everything from make your own waffles, to eggs, and breakfast meats. The indoor pool is wonderful. Great place to stay and within minutes of SUNY New Paltz.'

'The rooms are not particularly sound proof. We listened to people walk upstairs night after night. Overall, fine. Expensive for what it is though.'

'Clean room and reasonable rate'

'There is nothing special about this property but it is FINE if you just need a clean, no frills place to rest your head. It is reasonably priced, too. There was a TV, and a clean microwave and a clean mini-fridge. The busy road is not far, even though the motel is set back, and the rooms are in a line so you inevitably hear the slammed door of your neighbors. Convenient with lots of businesses nearby.'
