Regarding parking, the on site parking is 20 Euro/day and there is only 1 lot. It's not too difficult to find a on street parking nearby, but it's expensive at 600 ISK/hour, payable from 9am to 9pm. A good choice is to park in a nearby garage (Tradarkot) at the rate of 260 ISK for the 1st hour and 130 ISK/hour for the following hours (Oct. 2024 price).
