Capsulehotels in Reykjavik

'Nice hotel and near the city center by car.'

Jammer. 'Prima hotel, centraal gelegen, goede service.'

Honestly this is the only remotely negative thing there is to say. The reception is very friendly, the interior is wonderful and it feels very safe as you need to use your keycard to access the floor. The room was spaceous, the beds...

'Room was small but it was clean'

'Breakfast included and in case of early departure to airport, they even prepare a breakfast bag available for you at 4AM'

'Prachtig hotel. Midden in het centrum. Fijne bedden. Handige kitchenette en jus en melk staat klaar. Perfecte plek'

'The hotel and the room looks modern and inviting. The check-in/checkout process is high tech. But, the biggest issue is that there is no service staff available at the hotel to help. Our main concern was cleanliness. The bedding sheets and pillow covers hadn't been replaced and were dirty. When I messaged the hotel support through the Expedia app chat, they responded.. but it was all about check here.. check there for new sheets. But, there was no new replacement sheets in the room closet nor in...
