'We were in Reno for a family reunion. This Reno home was a perfect fit for a teenager and five adults. The house rules were easy to follow. The home was spotless. Good seating for games and dining. The home is located in a safe and well maintained neighborhood. Communication with owner could not have been easier. '

'The only issues we had with this property were the dirty floors(which is common with all places we've stayed, need indoor slippers) and some of the bed sheets were dirty like they haven't been washed. The back space was very nice. It was a great location.'

'From booking to exit everything was perfect. Even finding the charger that I had left - contacted me and then mailed it to me. They go the Extra.'

'We had a wonderful stay! The host was very communicative and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The home was clean, comfortable, and stocked with all the essentials we needed. My family especially enjoyed the pool table and the overall ambiance of the space—it felt cozy and welcoming. We’d definitely stay here again!'

'Many very nice amenities, nice little notes around to help visitors get oriented, v clean, lots of artwork, clever and tasteful remodeling to make the place suitable for families/groups (4 bathroom's, 2 showers, 6 sinks). All three generations in our group loved it. '

'Cozy place. Downstairs game room was amazing. Great location. Very close to everything. Great communication with owner. I left a bag and was able to go back and grab it. Also, left my prescription glasses and owner sent them back to me. Highly recommend.'

'My stay was very nice. The room was not as updated as the pictures show. You can see updates in the room. The room is very nice, very spacious. It suited its purpose for what I needed it for and I would stay again.'

'Family wedding in Genoa. Needed lots of space to get everyone dressed and pressed! Grandbabies got to make s'mores every night. The kitchen was perfect to fit everyone around the island to cook and prep. I left some huge cookware but im sure it will be there when we return to Reno for another family event! 'Absolutely loved this house and the quiet neighborhood. The owner was very mindful about the products they brought into the house. Wooden cutting boards, glass tubberware, stainless steel cookware, refillable soaps and excellent blankets and beds. Overall very impressed with this house and would stay there again. Felt very safe and my kids enjoyed it! The only slightly negative thing I'd have to say was the owners were not available to be reached for questions in the evening. We had an issue...

"Staff speaks poor English. You will not get any help with the luggage. They saw at check in that we are not young and yet they gave a room on the other side of the building. We couldn’t find our room and the man who took us to the room didn’t help us with the heavy luggage. After I recovered from an asthma attack we wanted to go downstairs and hat to a descend dangerous stairs from which caused me to fell and bruise my ribs. Someone from housekeeping saw it and walked on. We were used to the service of the Venetian in Las Vegas but the service of the Peppermill is far from good. Never again"
