'We were there for my daughter’s volleyball tournament and stayed there with a friend of hers. Property was as described and owner/manager was very responsive. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it had everything we needed.'

'The location is great! The apartment complex has great amenities and is very quiet. Dedicated parking in the garage was also really nice. We used the pool & hot tub every day. With the building next to the Marina, there is a lot of bird poop on the pool deck/furnishings/in the pool - maintenance at the complex could tend to this better. The same goes for the dog park area - even on the 4th floor going into the parking garage, you can smell the urine/feces of the dog park on the ground floor....

'Not a good neighborhood to stay in town, but that’s just secondary. The property wasn’t clean. Dirty bed sheet and no extra one to replace. Dog hairs all over the couch. It didn’t get clean up before we check in.'

'The apartment was perfect for our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids - 11 and 13) and our border collie. The hosts were super responsive and so kind, they made our stay extra convenient. The neighborhood was beautiful and safe, great for my morning runs and walks with the dog. We had such a fun Memorial Day weekend!'

'We loved the quiet, nicer area and the good communication from the owner. The condo was in great enough shape, we just experienced some distracting issues with the space (that were likely out of the complete control of the owner). It would have been perfect had we just not had to deal with a repeated cigarette smoke smell in the master from a neighbor (it was strongest in the master and not really present in the 2nd room), no wall light switch in one of the rooms, and the ceiling attic/vent door...

'We were in town for AAU Basketball tournaments at the Convention Center. It was a ways a way from downtown but was nice and quiet and peaceful after a long day. Would stay here again.'
