We had a wonderful week at the Summer White House. The condo has everything you need-from beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels to a stocked kitchen and a huge living room. The pool was literally steps away, which was so convenient as we had a baby with us. We rented bikes from All Wheels as suggested and biked down to the beach to watch the sunrise, and followed the beautiful, wooded trails. Tons of shopping nearby, and so many restaurant options to choose from. The parking pass was a great bonus for going to the beach-just follow the signs for Permit Parking. Dixon was very helpful and a gracious host. Fantastic place to vacation!

Quiet location close to all the action.

The house was modern and very well kept. Kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need. All the stores on Rehoboth Boulevard and the Boardwalk were all within walking distance. Dixon is readily available for any questions or concerns you might have. The pool was very nice and well kept. I highly recommend staying here for your vacation.

A fabulous stay was had!

The property is LOVELY, from top to bottom. The location is perfect - close to the beach but quiet and serene. It was SUCH a relief to not have to pack bed sheets and towel - worth its weight in gold, really. We lacked for nothing! Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Condo, Great Location

My family very much enjoyed our stay at the White House. The house was clean, beautifully furnished and well-stocked. There were great places within walking and biking distance. The parking pass was very helpful for accessing the beach. Overall, a great trip!

Beautiful home in a fantastic neighborhood!

Our family loved this house! The photos don't do it justice. Our first impression was how spotless it was. There is a ton of living space on the main level, with a well-supplied kitchen. The two bedrooms on the first floor with access to the back patio were perfect for our teenagers. They liked having that outdoor space to themselves. The upstairs deck is quite large and is perfectly situated to enjoy the sunset each evening. The master suite on the top floor is huge and the office area was a bonus for the bit of work we each needed to get done. The wifi is super strong, so no connectivity issues. Dixon was very responsive to the few questions we had. The neighborhood is great - nice big pool steps from the house. We could walk into town, to the boardwalk or beach easily. Our kids really liked being able to stay in town later and then walked home by themselves (perfectly safe). It gave them a lot of independence and made the stay even more enjoyable. We all agree that we would come back to this house in a heartbeat.

Perfect Location

This is the second time we've stayed at this property. The location is perfect for us as we love to bicycle. From this location, it's possible to cycle to the outlets, do the trails, short hop to the boardwalk--leave the car parked. (If it wasn't for my golf habit, I wouldn't drive at all during the stay.) Impeccably furnished and decorated. Wonderful attention to detail with the furnishings. For example, the second floor bathroom has an odd-size rug that fits perfectly. This rug is either custom made, or someone spent many hours searching for just the right size. The wall hangings and artwork are similarly flawless. A wonderful property!

Lovely townhouse

Perfect place to stay for parents and two children or 3 adult couples. The townhouse is in a lovely community with ponds, walking and bike paths and a lovely community pool. Easy bike ride or mile walk into town. Lovely beaches. The house is very clean and comfortable. Attractively furnished. You can’t go wrong with this one.

Great location. We could walk everywhere. Beach enhanced by a complimentary parking pass by host so we could drive down with all the gear! House is stocked great. Clean linens awaited us. Beautifully decorated and relaxed atmosphere. Bike bath right outside the complex. Dixon made everything easy and communicated quickly! Would definitely stay here again.

Wedding Weekend

My sister and family live down the street from this beautiful condo, so it was the perfect location for our family since her daughter was getting married. The 3 bedrooms were perfect for our family. The condo has plenty of room for everyone and although we did not cook, the kitchen is perfect for cooking. The pool was another added plus! We loved that we could walk into town. A parking pass was available if we had chosen to drive in. Thanks for a great stay!

First trip to Delaware

House needs a k cup coffee maker. Cleaning company needs to do a better job. Crumbs and sand on floors and rugs especially in the kitchen area.Toilets needs replacing(assume rusting). Not a pleasant site to look at. Walk to town very doable(1- 1.2 miles) but if dressed to go to dinner the walk can leave you a sweaty mess by the time you get there. Metered parking can add up from beach and evening town parking. Something no one told us. Rehoboth beach does not allow easy up tents with four poles. Even the cloth cabanas are not allowed. Forced to rent a single pole tent from an on the beach company.

Lovely neighborhood, excellent host

Spent a wonderful week with family. Entrance to the property told us we were in a beautiful neighborhood, of which condos are mixed with beautiful homes. Safety never an issue. The spacious unit was just as the pictures depicted. A well-appointed kitchen, open floor plan, lovely patio was not used as much as we wanted because we had a hot spell this week. The host, Dixon, was so attentive. We had one electrical outlet that failed, and it was replaced in no time. The community pool is very close, and there is a bike rack, and extra parking there as well. As a post script, we realized we left some articles in the unit, and Dixon worked diligently with us to retrieve them. We are so appreciative of that attention. Would love to return for a future visit.

Great property!

No issues other than the beds were not made when we arrived late due to traffic. It would have been nice to know we were responsible for making them. The listing never mentioned that. Loved the location. I would suggest different deck furniture. We could not sit out there because of the rain storms that drenched the cushions. They never dried out. Kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the spices in the cupboard.

Great beach house- ideal location

Home is well ordered, well furnished with great layout. Even with too much rain we had plenty to do in the area - state park, beaches, movies and amusement for children. Good restaurants, too. Highly recommend. Perfect host.

Beautifully decorated and super well furnished with everything we needed.

All the appliances were like new and super clean. We had a little trouble figuring out 3 things; initially the WiFi - we had the wrong network and password so got the correct one from the WiFi router… no biggy.. 2nd the tv’s could not get regular channels like CBS, NBC, etc and that was a big deal because we wanted to watch football - I established YouTube TV account ($65) and that worked but I wasn’t happy about the extra expense. 3rd the clean/exit instructions were confusing - on thing said put the laundry in a bag by the door, well there was no bag. Another thing I read said to wash everything, dry it, fold it, return it; that seemed a heavy lift as there was no laundry detergent but we did the best we could with that instruction. Overall the rental and Dixon were an A-

Family vacation

We had a great time at Dixon's home. The location near the pool was perfect for my daughter, as was the proximity to the local playground and restaurants nearby (all walking distance). It was also greatly appreciated that towels and linens were provided as that is not always the case with rentals. Lastly, it was wonderful to have access to beach chairs and umbrellas as it greatly reduced the number of things we had to travel with. Overall a wonderful stay for our family.

Great family vacation in Rehoboth

Family vacation was enhanced by staying here. Short drive to beach/boardwalk, community pool in complex, added bonus is that a brewery and creative art market in walking distance. Place was everything we hoped for, thank you!

Quiet, big and beautiful!

We've been coming to Rehoboth for over 10 yrs and always stay at the same place. Late schedule change for daughter's crew team meant we had to find a new place. Had never used VRBO before either. First time was a charm on all fronts! Condo is beautiful and plenty large for our family of 4 - and super quiet; couldn't hear any neighbors. Easy walk into town and even to the beach. And Dixon was immediately available to answer a question we had upon check in. Highly recommend everything about this!

Very responsive and accommodating!

This was a great rental choice! Dixon is wonderful to work with! I can not say enough how considerate and accommodating he was. We had a booking scheduled and paid for last year but unfortunately forced to cancel a week before due to a health concern. We were not within the time frame of getting a refund. Well Dixon sure came through with kindness and understanding! He allowed us to re-book our vacation, choosing dates for the following year. We are so grateful for his consideration and it resulted in a fantastic week for us after waiting for 3 years to get back to the beach! His home is very spacious, with a warm and comfortable environment, had everything we needed and a really great location within Rehoboth, located within a beautiful neighborhood. We reached out to him several times that week and he is SO responsive, helpful and accommodating with any and all questions. A gracious host indeed!

Excellent Family Property

This property is perfect for older families that want to have their own space. The loft (effectively third floor) master bedroom is apartment sized, with the other two bedrooms on the ground level. This arrangement suited our family with grown sons who had their own space, they could come and go without disturbing anyone. The kitchen is copiously equipped with all the gadgets, pans and dishes you could ever imagine. Modern property with an excellent location--easy in-easy out of town while only a short bike ride to the beach. Love this place and hope to return soon!

Perfect family home

The accommodations were excellent. Very spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed the 2 patios also. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions or issues. Very close to the pool which was great and heard no noise from it. Would stay here again.
