Three Level Townhouse with Beautiful Ocean Views

We do not rent three nights for a holiday weekend. A minimum of 5 nights is required.

Wake to fabulous ocean views! All three levels have ocean views.
The master bedroom, with it's own deck, has an incredible view of
the ocean. (The first photo was taken from this deck) Two
bedrooms share a bath on the first level. One bedroom has a queen
size bed and a flat-screem TV hooked to cable. The other lower-level bedroom has
a full-size bed with twin bunk over top and a flat-screen TV hooked to cable. The 2nd level features the living room, dining room, kitchen and half bath. The living room has a 47" Smart TV with cable and DVD. There are about 250 DVDs for rainy days.
For those that need to get a little work done, wireless hi-speed internet is available. Furniture is constantly updated and the house is well cared-for. Two bedrooms, each with their own bath are on the top level. The master features a
king-size bed and 47" Smart TV hooked to cable. The second
upstairs bedroom has its own bath, two twin beds and a TV hooked to cable. There are five decks, so it's easy to relax with a book. The beach is less
than 50 yards away. This is a small, quiet community of 14 townhouses where you can enjoy quiet time, or walk one block to the nightlife Dewey Beach offers.
Painting is done every off-season. Two heat pumps, water heater, range, dishwasher and carpeting in a first floor bedroom were all new in 2013. All the bedrooms have flat-screen TVs. The main level has front-load washer and dryer.
Trash and recycling are each collected twice a week so the common area stays clean.

Rentals are Saturday to Saturday. We do not rent three nights for a holiday weekend. A minimum of 5 nights is required. We may not accept holiday rentals starting on a Friday as that eats into another week's rental.
