Comfortably sleeping 12 in the 6 Bedrooms, the home also offers a spacious enclosed sun porch, perfect for morning coffee and a screened porch for evening conversation or games and cardplaying. There's even a perfect yoga spot on the 2nd floor/rooftop deck! Have a rainy day? Don't despair . . . play a game of ping pong or pool in the "game room", settle in for binge watching your favorite shows on one of the 7 smart TVs, or get some exercise on the treadmill. Home is thoughtfully appointed, offering an outdoor shower, irons & steamers, and even beach chairs for guest use. Not to mention the extra fridge in the pool table room for even more snacks and drinks! Park your car for the week with no need to move it unless you would like to hit the tax -free outlets just a few miles away or venture to neighboring towns of Historic Lewes or quaint Bethany Beach. There is off-street parking for 2 small to mid-size cars and the owner graciously offers 2 Rehoboth Beach Parking Permits. No Pets or smoking please. Guests pay a $225 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards for your initial deposit. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date. If you’d like to make a payment with a personal check or eCheck, please contact your agent for details. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.
