Clean and comfortable

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this property. This is something very important to me and this property exceeded my expectations in that area. Furniture was comfortable, property provides everything you need (including beach chairs and towels) and communication with the property owner was excellent. My family and I had a great time!

It was a lovely property. All of the necessary basics were there, as well as many little special touches to make the stay special. Our host was extremely responsive and helpful as well. The ONLY recommendation for improvement would be the lock...very difficult to lock and unlock the front door from the outside. Otherwise, I have no notes.

Wedding planning

Spent time in Rehoboth beach to find a rehearsal dinner location for my son. My sister and i stayed in your condo!! You didnt miss anything! You thought if everything!!! It was clean, well furnished, comfortable, quiet, plenty of parking, easy to navigate. Location, while not on the beach was an easy drive to get there!! Love it.

Great Place, Great Location

The condo was very nice and clean. Location was fantastic with restaurants and shopping nearby. Bus to the beach picked up right out front. Owner was easily reachable and communicated well. Great overall experience!

It was our first time visiting Rehoboth beach and we were in love. We enjoyed staying in the “seduced by the sea” condo! Everything was clean, organized and inviting . The beach chairs were a huge plus as well as the kitchen and size of the bedrooms.

Property is exactly as advertised. Perfect location. Extremely clean. Close to everything. The pool area is never crowded and extremely relaxing. Property manager extremely attentive and took care of any concerns we had asap. Would highly recommend.

Everything was perfect! We traveled from Louisiana to see family in Delaware and it was such a great experience! Very clean, well stocked and percect location! We enjoyed the outlets, the restruants and the beach! The condo had beach chairs that were perfect because we didnt have our own! We really enjoyed ourselves and the pool on the off days we didnt go to the beach really made for a great trip! Thanks again and we cant wait to come back!

Nice Place - Great Location!

This place was very clean and spacious! The location was perfect - short drive to Rehoboth Beach and we could walk to the outlets! Everything we needed - grocery store, liquor store, restaurants... - was close by! Communication with the host was fast and easy! Instructions were clear - definitely read them - 3rd floor walk up - no elevator and bring your own sheets/towels! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Rehoboth Home

This condo was absolutely lovely and so many thoughtful items stocked. Clearly Dennis and Rosa want to make sure that you really feel it is a home away from home. The place was spotless cleaned and the decor modern and lovely. The beds were so comfortable that we ended up buying the same mattress the day we left! The condo is located near to everything and there's plenty to do right there too between the gorgeous porch and the pool that is right around the corner. The only negative was that there was only 1 bed in the 2nd bedroom - if my kids got along it would be no problem, but we ended up just using the couch and Rosa texted me back immediately to let me know where the linens were for that, so the problem was solved by the owners in minutes. Even without the other bed, we are planning to come back as soon as we can! The owners are delightful, the place is beautiful - if you are thinking of booking here, do so with confidence!

Great Family Trip

This was a great & memorable family getaway- Rosa was responsive and helpful! The condo was located perfectly and close to everything. It was clean, well stocked, and even had Bonus things we were able to use- like games, beach chairs, beach towels/ etc. I truly couldn’t think of anything else we could have needed! Thanks for being amazing hosts- we hope to stay again in future!

Great stay

The condo was perfect for our 2 adults and 3 teens. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need if you choose to eat meals in. The king bed in the master suite was very comfortable. The queen bed was great for 2 girls but the blue little couch in the room was not comfortable, so the 3rd teen used the pull out sofa in the living room. Great screened in porch and patio. Girls walked to the outlets on the rainy day and the beach is super close by car. Would definitely stay here again.

Home Away from Home

The kids were looking for a relaxing week at the beach. We got exactly that! The property was like our home away from home with its cleanliness, decoration and amenities. The only thing was the listing wasn't updated with the recent changes in the rental. It was advertised as a full/queen bed with a twin bed in the extra bedroom. My pre-teen daughters were going to share that room. We found a full/queen bed and a chair that unfolded into a futon. Luckily the living room had a pull out sofa so one kid used that one. But everything else was AMAZING! Location was central and pool was nice to have when we didn't want to drive to the beach. We also found the DART bus stop that takes us to the beach very close by! We just loved the property and we did have a relaxing beach vacation.

All that and more

Rosa and Dennis have curated an adorable VRBO with all that your family will need and more. We had a busy sports schedule so we were not planning to cook a lot of meals but kitchen is fully stocked if we were to. Beach towels, chairs and a small portable cooler were provided as well as a washer/ dryer set up (key for us)! Located on the third floor, we were able to navigate easily without an elevator but just keep in mind, moving an overstocked cooler up those stairs can be tricky. Bring some additional helpers! My daughters and I had no problem. Linens and towels were superb as well as the cleanliness.
