Beautiful 4BR 3bath condo in Bethany Bay!

For the past 14 years, my family and I have called this condo our home for the summer.  It has been our escape from the stresses of work and school, enjoying life at our own pace.  And with our move into another home in this wonderful community, we want the opportunity to share our condo with you.  If you need a beach day, you’re a short 4 mile drive away.  If you want to take advantage of the community’s resort-like offerings, you’re never more than 100 yards from the community pool, the dock for a kayak trip on White’s Creek, or the 9 hole professionally maintained golf course. The condo is perfect for family vacations, beach and/or golf trips, girls/guys weekends, shopping trips, etc.!

Property amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi, 5 flat screen high definition televisions, screened-in back porch, outdoor furniture, games, access to owner’s kayak, with bay and golf course views.  Guests must provide all linens including bed sheets and towels.  Linen service can be provided upon request.

Community amenities include tennis courts, basketball courts, beach volleyball court, swimming pool (with kiddie pool and hot tub), playground, 9 hole golf course and walking trails.  

PLEASE NOTE:
1) The entrance to the condo is on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator access to the 3rd floor.
2) We require a photocopy of a driver's license or equivalent id of the person responsible for making the payment. We will provide an email address for submission upon booking. Thank you.


The Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom (first floor): Queen Bed, private Bathroom, water views, HD television
Bedroom 2 (first floor): 2 Twin Beds, hallway bathroom, HD television
Bedroom 3 (second floor):  Queen Bed, Jack and Jill bathroom with Bedroom 4, HD television
Bedroom 4 (second floor):  Bunk beds with twin on top and double on the bottom, Jack and Jill with Bedroom 3, HD television

Living Room/Dining Room:
This space includes vaulted ceilings with coastal theme interior decor.  The living room includes a sofa with fold out bed, a loveseat, and HD television.  There is a sliding glass door that connects the living room to the furnished screened in back porch with outdoor seating and water views.  The dining room has a table and seating for 6 to 8 people comfortably.  

Kitchen/Laundry
Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, and blender.  The full size washer and dryer are located in a closet that is adjacent to the kitchen.  The kitchen has another table that can accommodate 4 people.
