'We loved the resort and the 7 heated pools. There was less chloride in the water that usual in The Netherlands which was very nice. The view, the space, the terras are wonderful. Everything looked beautiful but there were some parts of the pool that needed repairs because some of the paint had come of the bottom of the pool. We did not know is this was because of winter season or it was meant to be left like that but we would advise the staff to repair it, to make the hotel conditions from good...
'What’s good:
Amazing buffet restaurant, great pool, very safe, kind staff.
What’s bad:
- 1st room had problems with electricity, resulting that the air condition stopped working at 02:00 making it 28 degrees in the room. (Assume this is just bad luck).
- The walls are paper thin. Family with children above us decided to renovate their room themselves (that’s how it sounded at least). A lot of noice keeping us awake.
- no free bottled water.
- staff ‘forgot’ to calculate the promised discount...
