'I will never stay here again. I paid for a 2-bedroom apartment for 3 nights and was not given what I paid for. The property is run-down, poorly maintained, and the staff are extremely unprofessional. When we arrived in Port Moresby to check in, the entire hotel had a blackout and we were left waiting over 2 hours. 'Excellent Hotel. The entrance though can be reconstructed better for arrivals and pick ups. The high fence should be removed in my opinion. Overall best hotel inclusion into Port Moresby.'
