'All areas seemed well kept, especially the outside/pool area. Fitness center was nice and well appointed. Social hour was adequate and the breakfast was good. Our room was comfortable and as expected. We will visit Ayres again. '

'When we arrived the first day the trash bins hadn’t been emptied. When we called downstairs the lady behind the reception immediately came to empty the trash bins. However this was an indication of what to expect! We stayed there almost 12 days and our room was never fully serviced, although they said that on our 3 night the room would be fully cleaned. The only thing they did on -I believe it was- the 6th day of our stay was make up the beds, emptied the trash, but the bathroom was never...
