'Clean: We found the room to be very clean and comfortable. The air-conditioning was quiet. Staff: The only little concern I had was the breakfast attendant. The breakfast was great. She spent a lot of time on her phone talking to a friend while she was working. My daughter and I were there shortly before the breakfast hours were up. We were watching the TV while we were eating. The attendant shut off the TV while we were watching it. Then she went up toward the front desk and shut off...

'The first room given to us had broken locks, non-working outlets. Refrigerator cord to short and it sat out in the room. Wifi didn't work in it. The 2nd room we took as we stayed, we found stains on the walls, and shower curtain, same bad outlets, it was a smoking room the bed covers had burn holes in them. It just didn't feel or look all that clean. A few lights didn't work also. I call that enough for now.'

'The staff were very rude at check in . Not accommodating at all. And for a 4 star hotel I was not impressed. The shower head in the shower was loose , the plug for the tub broken and they put some kind of a sticky mat in the tub which was placed on top of dirty sticky mat instead of taking out the old ones .'

'I hadn't been to Binghamton in some time, and I don't recall its being quite as "seedy" as it now seems to be. Near the hotel is a spot on the river where the homeless camp overnight. 2 people warned us to "watch out" as we were walking behind the hote. The hotel was fine and the room spacious and clean...but there were rowdy folks near us, who banged, played music, and talked really loud until midnight. We called the front desk and they said they'd send security up. It was handled, eventually,...

'No hot food at breakfast, small selection of non hot food. I asked for our room to be made up, twice and it never was. Ice machine broken, no towels in pool area.'

'Dit mooie landhuisachtige hotel ligt mooi, rustig en is aan te bevelen als verblijf. Heuvelafwaarts strekt zich een golfbaan uit. Bijoznder is de historische verbinding met het bedrijf IBM, ooit eigenaar va dit complex.'

'Nothing was as shown or described. There was no TV to watch . There was a small flat screen TV that sat on a small coffee table, unplugged, with no where to plug it in. There was only one outlet in the entire room, which had an old tiny mini refrigerator plugged in and so that I could plug in my phone charger. The room was not even the room advertised. It was a tiny room, not swept or vacuumed, no top sheet on the bed, broken window taped up, along with the broken blinds. There was absolutely no...
