« We had a wonderful stay! The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy their own space. The views were beautiful, and the setting was peaceful—exactly what we were looking for. The kids especially loved the ping-pong table, and there were lots of great spots to gather, eat, and unwind. It was a great mix of fun and relaxation. We'd definitely come back! »

« We really enjoyed our time at Jeff's property - he let us check in three hours early and was a very accommodating host. There were tons of games, toys, inflatables, life jackets, and everything that you need for younger children to enjoy the house and the lake. We loved the kayaks, the double grills (blackstone and gas), and the kitchen is very spacious, which helps when you have 12 people in the house and are trying to prep meals. We would stay again! »

« The property was just as it was in photos as in person. It is in a quiet area, little traffic, just what you want when you want down time and no drama! Fun areas to explore. Went to Lake Gaston Coffee, awesome scones and coffee. A very nice selection of wines for a coffee shop. Had dinner at Waterview in Littleton. Not far from house at all. Food was great. Right on the water and have music on select days. Rosemont winery is a must. We will be back. Our host was wonderful. Answered...

« Wow! We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, well-stocked, and storage is labeled for functionality. Bernie has a eye for details as noticed throughout the house. All was is good working order. The water pressure is excellent. I loved the old school washer that actually uses water as opposed to the new HE washers. « This place was perfect. Our large group always struggles to find a place that works to sleep everyone and is separate enough so that when the babies are in bed the adults don't have to be silent. This house fits the bill. People on the top level cannot hear anything in the basement and vice versa. In addition the house was extremely well stocked. They thought of everything. We can't wait to come back next year. »
