'Rooms were spacious and nice '

'The property was clean, and I really enjoyed relaxing by the pool. However, I was disappointed with the service at the front desk. On the morning of check-out, we woke up to find there was no running water, which we discovered from a note slipped under the door explaining that there would be no water from 8am to 4pm. Feeling a little frustrated by this inconvenience, I approached the front desk to ask for more information and see if there was anything they could do to help. I mentioned I was...

'Not worth even half what we paid. Bathroom tiles bulging from wall, tub tap not functioning, fan not working and rusted, hair dryer barely worked, window fan didn't do anything, door jam insecure and bold sign says DO NOT LOCK DEADBOLT. Saggy bed. Walked on carpet near bed and it crunched under feet. Breakfast was fine, packaged items from grocery. Service was there at check in, not there any other time. Our friends stayed in a similar room, only difference in their experience was the carpet...

'Only has one bed and tends to get cold with no extra blankets. Also, hotel does not have check in or room service.'

'I was not pleased with the redervation and check in If you are checking in late, there is no typical front desk. It seems my expedia reservation was not seen as valuable compared to booking direct and the hotel customer service had no information. Im sure its because of low season but it took 45 minutes to reach someone who could tell me where to find my room key. All were apologetic but it was a frustrating scenario to reach a solution and a person with the right info.'

'Dishes were put away dirty. Kitchen dirty. No on-site restaurant. Good WI-FI. Front check in staff very professional-they did assign a wrong room. Understaffed.'

'The condo was very clean and comfortable. There was no humidifier and the light over the sink was out, but after calling the front desk they brought us a humidifier and fixed the light. The light over the stove top only worked on low. Everything else was fine and we enjoyed our stay. '

'The unit was very dated. It is also odd that you walk into the bedroom, having to go through it to the sitting area/kitchenette. Our room adjoins another room, and we heard their TV and chatting until they went to sleep. That was annoying. The location and staff were phenomenal '

'The pool, hot tub, and restaurant were closed. The hotel was under construction. I booked this place specifically for the pool for my 3 kids. Nowhere did it mention that the place was under construction.'

'Great location and an exceptionally comfortable room. It was our second stay here. Unfortunately, there was an EDM concert in the lowest level of the property (a bar). It was loud until well after midnight. '
