'This hotel was very nice. The rooftop pool was incredible and the view was beautiful. The staff also spoke English, which made check-in very easy!'

'Despite nice and helpful staff, the rooms were dirty and poorly maintained in both rooms we stayed in. Key features were sticky floors, bathroom leaks, water damage. The room fob system malfunctioned and the poor staffer had to completely take apart the mechanism and override it. Oh and the bathroom door handle fell off in my hand and they never repaired it. Also, I made a rookie traveler mistake, but watch out for the ice in the restaurant and steer away from any water in the hotel since it...

'Great hotel. Nice beach access. My only complaint is the lack of vegetarian options in the restaurant aside from salad, food can get repetitive that way. Amazing desserts, though. I was very please by having the Luck company representative on site. They organized my transfers and local tours.'
