The villa is located approximately 100 meters above sea level and dominates the small town of Recco and the Golfo Paradiso.

Apartment A is the largest and is proposed in this announcement.
Apartment B is located in the lower part of the villa and is closed.

APARTMENT A:
About 200 square meters.
Arranged on two levels.
On the ground floor the living room with fireplace, dining area, kitchen, wide corridor and large bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Upper floor reachable by internal staircase with three bedrooms, living room, three bathrooms and terrace.
It can accommodate six to twelve with the use of beds, bunk beds and sofa beds.
Terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and motorized tarpaulin. Garden and swimming pool.

The land is terraced. The various terraces (called fasciae) are supported by walls of stone quarried on site and worked according to local tradition.

The position of the villa is favored by the presence of the sun from morning to evening because it faces midday.
