« Leider waren wir von dieser Villa sehr enttäuscht. Für den Preis habe ich bereits deutlich bessere Villen erlebt. Die Darstellung im Internet entspricht in vielen Punkten nicht der Realität, wodurch unsere Erwartungen natürlich ganz anders waren. Die Fotos und die Beschreibung vermitteln einen deutlich besseren Eindruck, als man ihn tatsächlich vor Ort bekommt. Gerade bei diesem Preisniveau erwartet man Qualität, Transparenz und dass die Angaben im Internet auch der Wahrheit entsprechen....

« The location is good, but the bathtub in the room wasn't cleaned, and the rooftop jacuzzi wasn't cleaned either. It was slippery and felt terrible. There was no cleaning every day, and it cost 2,000 baht per service. There were no garbage bags either. I asked the staff for them, and they only gave us three bags for a three-story villa with eight rooms. We ended up having to buy them at the supermarket! »
