The spacious 83 m² penthouse at Carpe Solem Rauris accommodates up to 8 guests. It features 3 cozy bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers, and a balcony for enjoying the fresh alpine air. The highlight of the penthouse is the private rooftop terrace with an exclusive sauna, perfect for unwinding after a day of outdoor adventures. The bedrooms are furnished with comfortable double beds, and a double sofa bed provides extra sleeping space. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine. A small starter kit with dishwashing tabs, detergent, sponge, trash bags, and cleaning cloths is provided upon arrival.

Located in the beautiful Rauris Valley within the Nationalpark Hohe Tauern, the penthouse is just a short distance from the Rauriser Hochalmbahnen cable car station, providing direct access to the ski slopes. Relax in the 1,000 m² wellness area with an indoor pool, panoramic saunas, and an alpine rooftop garden. The Nationalpark Sommercard (May–Oct) and Nationalpark Wintercard (Dec–Apr) are included, along with access to Restaurant Albert, a ski school, ski rental, and a sports shop.
