Herenhuizen in Rapolano Terme

'Unfortunately, my stay at this B&B wasn't very good, and I wouldn't recommend it. I made a reservation for two nights based on the positive reviews, but unfortunately, I didn't have a good impression from the moment I arrived. I put the address into Google Maps, but it didn't give the exact location. I called the B&B phone number, and a friendly woman answered. I told her I couldn't find the B&B, and she told another woman that I couldn't find it with the location, and that woman simply yelled...

'Absolute gem of a place. If you know, you know this is what boutique stays are all about. Stylish, relaxed, top tier attention to detail, amazing service that makes like you are staying with your coolest friends (that you probably don't have in real life - lol). My only regret about staying here is that I didn't book long enough. Can't wait to come back. Thank you, Paulo and team!!!!! <3'

'Clean and spacious. Good bed. Next to escalators. Ground floor and people passing by the four walls. A lot of noise all through the evening and night. People chatting, laughing and shouting right next to your bed. Bring earplugs. '
