Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a message on your mobile phone with all the details, including the rental agreement related to your stay. For any needs, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day from 08:00 to 22:00, non-stop!
Access to the apartment is via Self Check-in.

Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service is subject to availability.

🛏️ INCLUDED COMFORTS
• Bed linen and towels provided according to the number of guests and booked beds.
• Basic kitchen kit: tea towel, detergent, sponge, trash bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 rolls of toilet paper.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food is provided in the house (e.g. sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

🐾 PETS WELCOME!
• We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends, upon request and confirmation.
• Extra cost: €30 per stay.
• In case of any damage to furniture or fabrics, costs will be charged.

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• €2.50 per person per day, up to a maximum of 10 days.
• Children under 15 years old are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• We kindly ask you to follow waste separation rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of trash.
• Otherwise, a €30 fee will be charged.

❄️🔥 DURING THE WINTER PERIOD (01/11 – 31/03), for stays longer than 30 days, a small extra charge is applied for electricity and heating consumption.
