'Excellent accommodation in the golden circle area. The cottages are clean, very large in comparison to other places we've stayed at in Iceland, comfortable and modern. The beds were good, the shower was lovely, and we could cook our own meals. We enjoyed the view from the cottage on the surrounding area. We certainly recommend this place.'

'Super cabin, netjes, modern, schoon. Wat spulletjes van vorige huurders in de keuken zoals kruiden, koffie en spaghetti. Een welkomst reep chocola van de eigenaresse. Krijgt de gegevens via sms ivm met sleutelbox. Bedden prima en slaapbank ook. Keuken en badkamer goed uitgerust. Locatie is super zeker voor de zonsopkomst en waarschijnlijk ook voor het noorderlicht maar dat geluk hadden wij helaas niet. Zeker een aanrader!!'

'Wat een fijn verblijf hebben we gehad, een heerlijke cabin, de Hottub met deze sneeuwstormen was fantastisch, de ligging prachtig , en we waren van alle gemakken voorzien. Voor herhaling vatbaar. De handleiding die werd toegestuurd ontzettend duidelijk.'

'A bunch of my med school friends and I stayed here for our trip to Iceland and we were so pleased with the experience. It was the perfect basecamp for us as we travel mostly during the day and came back to the best amenities and such a great open space for all of us to relax. Communication was thorough but through WhatsApp and through a very detailed handbook left inside! Would absolutely recommend this place to future guests!'

'This place was beyond perfect!!!! They were very kind, made sure we had everything we needed and gave us excellent recommendations of things to do during our stay. The cabin is well equipped and the beds were perfect. I asked if they had a coffee maker and they went above and beyond to make sure there was coffee already there before we checked in. The cabin is located on a farm and we were able to see horses everyday. I can't say enough good things about this place. We will absolutely stay here...

'We have been guests at the Afternoon Cottages twice. We stayed in #4 the first time and #5 the second time. They are mirror images of each other. Everything was clean and the location is perfect for seeing the Aurora as long as the sky is clear. Communication with the property manager was easy and effortless and on our first stay we even extended it by a day. I highly recommend the Afternoon Cottages.'
