'Staff were amazing '

'I did not receive my check-in information until a few hours before check-in time and after emailing the hotel. This was quite disconcerting. The fact that it is a self check-in process was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable. The pillows were too soft for my liking. The only toiletries in the bathroom were 6 or 8 small bottles of shampoo and a bottle of hand wash. 'Aufmerksames und schnell reagierendes Personal, das sich stets um das Wohl des Gastes bemüht hat. Es wird gekonnt mit dem Charme von 1854, dem Gründungsjahr des Hotels, gespielt. Man hält reichhaltige Informationen zu Ausflügen bereit. Das Hotel bietet Ruhe, obgleich es zentral an einer Hauptachse gelegen ist.'

'Veel parkeerruimte, ook voor ons kamerraam waardoor er een bus op 5 cm stond en het raam niet open kon, dat kan onhandig zijn. Het personeel is heel aardig en het eten in de bar is prima. Het is er stil en de douches zijn geweldig. De kamer was mooi ruim. Er was veel info over de omgeving met uitleg hoe er te komen. Heel fijn!'

'Loved the two bedroom/ two bath option with kitchen and living space. Easy walk to shopping mall and several food options. Balcony had a great view of the city. Owners were very responsive. Upon arrival one door had been broken previously so we called and notified the office. Absolutely was a perfect one night stay in our travels '

'Delightful reception staff in this iconic hotel which oozes history of celebrations from past eras. A lovely regal presence as soon as you enter with vibrant red sitting room around a fireplace.
