'The Cheriz Boutique is beautiful. It is very peaceful and relaxing. The view of the tea plantation was just stunning. This is a great place for a couple's retreat - peaceful and romantic. The staff were very nice and the a la carte menu was great. It is an ideal hotel to escape to and relax. '

'Het is een heel eenvoudig hotel, maar heeft toch complete voorzieningen, zoals eigen badkamer met warm water. Het ontbijt was heel uitgebreid en smaakte prima. Op onze eerste avond hebben wij van de menukaart een warme maaltijd uitgezocht die verrassend goed smaakte. Het personeel is heel behulpzaam, zij regelen alle transport voor een scherpe prijs. 'we had a lovely time in Galway Heights. We really liked the location in a small rural road close to a hindu temple and small village and in the tea plantations. Breakfast was very nice, and the staff very attentive. The only grievance was the lack of elevator. We would definitely recommend this.'

'het hotel ziet er van buiten mooi uit zo op een berg. maar binnen valt het zwaar tegen. mijn klacht werd niet op teruggekomen. toen we een dag niet kwamen ontbijten werden we wakker gebeld waarom niet. het eten is van een matige kwaliteit vergeleken met de prijs die je er voor betaalt. je kunt beter een hotel in Nuwara zelf boeken.'
