' Very clean. Not too busy of an area. It’s close to the interstate and convenient to either Bentonville or Roger’s. Reasonable pricing when comparing to other hotels. Walkable to several restaurants and Sam’s and Walmart. '

'Amazing location in downtown Bentonville. I stayed here because Bike Week wiped oit all the rooms in Rogers. Glad I did. Everything is done in a Japanese styling amd looks great. Food was even better.'

'Requested an “easy access” room due to mobility issues… room was changed within minutes!!! During stay found iron didn’t work - new one delivered in minutes!!!! What more could I ask for??? Clean and tidy… close to where I needed to be!! Owners/Operators were very friendly and welcoming!!!!'

'We were given a handicapped room (did not ask for one). The shower needs a longer curtain to prevent the water from getting all over the floor. You have to use half the towels to avoid flooding the room. '

'Staff was super friendly. The view from the balcony was breathtaking both evening and morning. It's very isolated and when we arrived we hadn't eaten and there isn't a restaurant, just keep that in mind. Highly recommend a drive into Eureka Springs while you're there. We did that for dinner and then came back for the sunset. All around a great weekend getaway! '

'Pool was closed so didn't get to use that. Staff was great. I had accidentally reserved a room for the following night. Staff was able to get us in and made the correction. It was nice having the air conditioner on and lights in the room when we got in. '

'The room was very clean, staff was always upfront ready to help. Wish there were better options for a restaurant next door because IHOP was horrible waited over an hour and never got our food so decided to leave back to the hotel and bought noodles from the front desk instead. Thankful the front desk had options to pick from. '
