'The hotel is decent, but not for the amount of money that they charged. The pool was broken so I couldn’t use it. There is a smell throughout the entire hotel that isn’t pleasant. Most definitely in need of renovation. Breakfast was decent, but very typical'

'The business center was converted to a kids area. The hotel allowed pets which is fine but would recommend they be contained in one area for allergies, smells and the ongoing whining of pets being left alone.'

'Beautiful rustic place. All rooms in our building had balcony on creek. Outside of bustle of very busy tourist town. We were able to catch trolley in front to downtown. Drawback was no convenient walking to food. Easy to drive into Smokey Park.'
