Raksha House is a brand new vacation cottage, only 800 meters from the sea in Torre Pali, for vacation rental up to 6 beds.
The house is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, smart TV and satellite dish, electric oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, electric kettle etc. The alarm system is present.
The garden is enhanced by barbecue and outdoor shower. Parking inside the property.

Vacation
cottage Raksha House has contemporary lines and large furnished outdoor
spaces for spending time outdoors, just a few hundred meters from the
sea.
The automatic gate allows you to park your car inside the property.
The
front veranda is furnished with outdoor lounge, while in the back there
is a spacious covered veranda with wooden canopy, worktop, table and
chairs for outdoor dining, outdoor shower.
The interior rooms are bright and cozy. The living room is furnished with 1 double sofa bed, open kitchen, table and chairs for dining.
A corridor leads to the sleeping area, consisting of 2 double bedrooms. Completing the cottage is 1 shower room.

House is located in Torre Pali, in a residential area, just 800 meters
from the seafront and the accessible cliffs of the pretty marina of
Salve.
All services are at hand and also within walking distance.
The
location makes it possible to explore other beautiful tourist
destinations in Salento, such as Gallipoli and Santa Maria di Leuca,
just a few kilometers away


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the living room.
