'Geweldig!!!Nooi rond of in de Middellandse Zee op een eiland zo’n mooie villa gehuurd!Uitzicht op de baai door de drie grote raampartijen in onovertroffen. Ook de beide terrassen met uitzicht op de baai waren voortreffelijk. In het privé zwembad hebben allen (grootouders, kinderen en kleinkinderen) zich heerlijk vermaakt. Ook kontakt met de verhuurster verliep vlekkeloos. Kortom, een aanrader !!!'

'Vermieter war fürchterlich, die Ausstattung des Hauses sehr lieblos. Zuerst haben wir 3 Stunden gebraucht, um in das Haus zu kommen, da der Vermieter immer neue formale Gründe hatte, warum das nicht geht. Schließlich hat die Intervention von FEWO-direkt dafür gesorgt, dass der Schlüsselcode übergeben wurde. Pool und Haus selbst waren gut, auch wen die direkte Umgebung hier und da ein wenig renovierungsbedürftig erschien. Darüber hinaus war die Eingangstür defekt und wurde erst nach massiven...

'Wonderfull place to do a short or long vacation. The beach is located just 100m from the villa (its rocky but you benefit from emptiness and nice pine trees). There is a little SPAR in the next building and two restaurants in a walking distance. In the villa itself you have a barbecue place (wood coals), well equipped kitchen and a small pool. 'Het huisje heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Wij zaten hier 2 weken met 2 kleine meiden van 1 en 4. Alle slaapkamers hebben airco en de bedden slapen prima, op wat gekraak en gepiep na. Het zwembad is top! Niet groot, maar perfect voor het bestrijden van de oververhitting. Je loopt in vijf minuten naar het strand en je struikelt over de restaurantjes. De Lidl en de Eroskii zijn met de auto een spreekwoordelijk minuutje ver. Dikke prima, allemaal!'

'De woning en de ligging waren perfect. De hosts hebben ons zeer goed ontvangen en waren zeer hulpvaardig. In de winter is het er heel rustig (waar wij van houden). Je moet er dan wel rekening mee houden dat de meeste winkels en restaurants gesloten zijn nabij de woning. Gelukkig hadden we een wagen gehuurd voor de hele duurtijd van ons verblijf! Maar toplocatie met een geweldig zicht vanop je terras!'

'Maison conforme à l’annonce très bien équipée et agréable à vivre. Petit bémols sur la venue inopinée du propriétaire qui vient en prévenant à la toute dernière minute durant notre absence. L’agence immobilière en contacte n’a pas manqué de manière maladroite peut être que de me dire en gros que c’était comme ça et pas autrement. Pas franchement hyper confort mais c’était le seul épisode ennuyant.au delà de ça la maison est au calme absolu. La piscine entretenue tous les jours mais...

'Wij hebben de accomodatie gebruikt als uitvalbasis voor een trainingskamp (wielrennen). Bij aankomst stonden er een aantal kleinigheden klaar. Zeer fijn! je voelt je direct welkom. Het huis is wat verouderd, maar dat heeft geen invloed op het verblijf. Sa Pobla is een klein dorp, er is niet veel te doen. De supermarkt(en) zijn in de buurt op loopafstand. voor een groep zouden we het huis absoluut aanraden!'

'Wir hatten in dem Haus einen schönen Urlaub. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Außer einem Wäscheständer haben wir nichts vermisst. Der Checkin verlief reibungslos, auch die Kommunikation. In der Nebensaison findet man problemlos einen Parkplatz in der Nähe. Supermarkt, Cafés und Restaurants findet man in unmittelbarer Nähe. Im Wohnbereich ist es im Februar recht dunkel, in der Sommerhitze ist dies sicherlich ein Vorteil. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.'

'Leider wird das Objekt nicht gepflegt. Viele beschädigte, verdreckte Gegenstände. Die Spülmaschine funktionierte nicht, keine Geschirrhandtücher, keine Teelöffel usw. Das ärgerlichste war, das die betreuende Agentur sich überhaupt nicht rückgemeldet hat. Erst als am vorletzten Tag in die Küche geregnet hat, haben sie sich mal geregt. Sehr schade, weil das Haus charmant ist, aber so eigentlich nicht zu vermieten.'

'We had a comfortable stay with 6 cyclists in this complete furnished house. The three bathrooms make it really easy to share the house with more couples. The house was clean and the bed sheets and towel services come in really handy. The outside area is a great finishing touch to the house with plenty of space to sit and relax. The location on the Island is a perfect starting point for a variety of cycling routes. We can really recommend this place and we hope to come back next year!'
