The apartment consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a dining table, and an open kitchen. Adjacent to this is the sleeping area, which includes a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and bidet.



The building also features a garden and a seasonal communal pool, open from May 1 to October 1.
