Spacious corner located villa with garden on two sides completely surrounded by walls. Located in a very calm and safe suburb of Salé, on the third line of the coast.

Villa Yasmine is divided into two distinct and commendable apartments.
Both apartments have their own proper front door, and other private facilities such as bathroom, toilet and kitchen.
The villa has a garage where up to 2 cars can be parked.
The garage is accessible from the apartment on the first floor. Only the tenant of the apartment or the entire villa can therefore make use of garage.

The ground floor apartment has two living rooms and two air-conditioned bedrooms, equipped with king-size double beds. It has acces to a large terrace (± 100 M2), and is equipped with every comfort.

The first floor apartment has three living rooms and three air-conditioned bedrooms, two of which are equipped with king-size double beds and one of them is equipped with two single beds. It has acces to a large terrace (± 200 M2), and is equipped with every comfort.

This means that we can receive large groups such as two families, with the advantage of two families having their privacy, while remaining close to each other in the same property.

All beds have brand new high quality mattresses.

Outside two terraces offer dining furniture and barbecues perfects for dines with a cooling breeze on hot Moroccan evenings!

Rates are based on groups of up to 10 people (children included, babies not included and not charged)
At Villa Yasmine we are able to accommodate larger groups of up to 12 people (adults and children) and 4 babies (up to 2 years)
We have air mattresses available and we have 4 cots available.

Villa Yasmine is located at maximum of 7,5 km of the International Airport most close (Rabat / Salé Airport (rba)).the distance to the most important International Airport (Casablanca Mohamed V Airport (Cmn)) is ± 125 km (please accept an 1,5 hour drive to the villa)
The villa is located in a recently build quiet suburb, down the road you will find several small stores selling all the necessary daily shopping items, and at a distance of not even 1 km from the villa you will find a huge supermarket (carrefour).
Salé and Rabat have very good public transport facilities, varying from buses to tramways and taxi's. Transport is cheap. Still we always advise people to rent a car.

Both Salé and Rabat are packed with restaurants, bars and nightclubs as well as plenty of stores and plenty of places of historic interest. Several family friendly beaches including the "plage des Nations" are localized in 10 minutes of our villa and offer fantastic opportunities for water sports. The famous Royal Golf is in a 15 minutes drives.

Upon arrival we like to receive photocopies of the passports of all visitors. We need to hold them in file due to requirements of the Moroccan legislators.

Parties, feasts, weddings or whatsoever are Not allowed without prior agreement with the owner. No smokey inside. No additional guests allowed without prior agreement with the owner. If these rules are broken we hold the right to immediately interrupt your stay at Villa Yasmine and no refunds will be made. You will also be held completely responsible for all costs of cleaning, repairs of any damages and replacement of any damaged goods.

This is a video-surveilanced property. Camera's are only registrating the outside of the villa. There are No Cameras or recording devices inside. The camera's are installed to maintain our property (and your belongings during your stay) safe.

In June 2024 Villa Yasmine is undergoing renovations to keep it up to date and well maintained.
